This page permits to navigate through a large number of maps and data concerning lightning activity in Europe and Greece, including archive of maps since 2005 for Europe and Greece, real-time maps of lighting activity of the current day from ZEUS lightning detection system (operated by the National Observatory of Athens), as well as lightning forecasts for the next three days.

This page was developed in the frame of TALOS project. The project TALOS (Thunder and Lightning Observing System) of the National Observatory of Athens, is a Greek Research project, funded by the Greek Secretariat for Research and Technology in the frame of Excellency in Research Centers.
